Set the Default Behavior of Product Blocks and Title Blocks

XTEN-AV allows you to define the default behavior of Product Blocks and Title Blocks in the X-DRAW Editor. This helps maintain consistency across drawings and saves time when creating new designs.

• Product Blocks: Visual representations of products placed on the drawing (devices, equipment, etc.).
• Title Blocks: Information panels that display project details such as project name, designer, date, revision, and company details.

Setting default behavior ensures these elements appear and behave the same way in every new drawing.

To Set the default behavior of Product Blocks and Title Blocks in your X-DRAW Editor, please follow the steps outlined below:

On the XTEN-AV Dashboard you will find the settings option. Please click on it.

In the Settings menu, you will find the 'Paper Size Settings' option under the 'X-DRAW settings' tab

Set Default Behavior:

• To set the default behavior for product blocks and title blocks, check the appropriate options as per your preference.
• After making your selections, click on the "Save" button to apply these settings.

In The X-DRAW Editor:

• You also have the option to set the behavior of Product Blocks and Title Blocks directly within the X-DRAW Editor.
• Check the desired option to set the default behavior. Once applied, you can update the size of the product block and title block in your drawing.

Note: These settings apply only to new drawings created in the X-DRAW Editor and during the Questionnaire flow, including Line Schematics, Signal Flow Diagrams, Rack Layouts, Floor Design Plans, and Floor Project Plans. Any existing drawings will not be affected. The settings will take effect only for new tabs and newly created drawings
