I have updated the BOM but Rack layout is not updating

If the Automated Rack Layout is not updating in XTEN-AV after you update the BOM, it usually happens because the Rack unit of Product is not updated.

Kindly follow the steps below to update the Line Schematics:

Navigate to the BOM page and select the product that is not visible in the Rack Layout. Then, click on the Edit button located below the product name.

The Update Product Details window will appear. Then click on the Additional Info section and enter the rack unit value in the No. of Rack Units field.

Scroll down, select the Re-draw Device option, and then click on Add Product to save the changes.

Then open the View Docs page and hover over the Automated Rack Layout tile. Click on the three-dot (⋮) menu, and select the Re-Generate option to update the changes in the rack layout.

A confirmation pop-up window will appear. Click on OK to proceed.

It will take some time to regenerate. Once the process is complete, the updated Automated Rack Layout will open in the X-DRAW Editor.
