How to view chat history in XAVIA?

  • Click on the Ask XAVIA button located in the top-right corner of the dashboard page.



  • The XAVIA prompt page will appear. Click on the Chat History icon located in the top-right corner to view your previous conversations.
  • The chat history is organized by date—simply select the desired date, and the complete conversation for that day will be displayed for your review.
