How to view chat history in XAVIA?

Click on the Ask XAVIA button located in the top-right corner of the dashboard page.

The XAVIA prompt page will appear. Click on the Chat History icon located in the top-right corner to view your previous conversations.

The chat history is organized by date—simply select the desired date, and the complete conversation for that day will be displayed for your review.
