How to use XAVIA in Mobile App?

XAVIA is XTEN-AV’s AI-powered assistant that helps you quickly access features, get guidance, and perform actions directly from the XTEN-AV mobile app. This article explains how to access and use XAVIA effectively on your mobile device.


Step 1: Open the XTEN-AV Mobile App


  1. Open the XTEN-AV app on your mobile phone.
  2. Log in using your registered email address and password.



Step 2: Locate the XAVIA Option


  1. Once logged in, navigate to the home screen.
  2. In the center of the screen, you will find the XAVIA option.






ep 4: Choose an Option in XAVIA


  • Select any available option based on your requirement.
  • You can use XAVIA to:
    • Get guidance on XTEN-AV features
    • Ask questions related to designs, BOM, or proposals
    • Navigate to relevant sections within the app.


Start a New Design Using XAVIA

  1. Choose the option related to Design Creation or Create a Design.
  2. XAVIA will prompt you with questions to understand your project requirements.





Respond to XAVIA’s prompts by entering the required details, such as:

  • Room type (Conference room, Classroom, Huddle room, etc.)
  • Type of system (Audio, Video, or Control

XAVIA uses this information to generate a suitable design framework.



Once you hit the button It will show you the BOM.




Once you have checked the BOM, please scroll down. You will find three options there. Choose Generate X-DRAW Design.


Provide Project Details


  • Design name (Conference room, Classroom, Huddle room, etc.)
  • Choose Project (Audio, Video, or Control)
  • Basic project preferences
  • Hit Create design



Generate the Design

  1. After collecting the required inputs, XAVIA will generate a design layout.
  2. Review the suggested design and components.


Review and Edit the Design

  • Once the design is created, you can:
  • Review components added to the design
  • Make adjustments later using X-DRAW on desktop if needed
  • The design will be saved to your project automatically.


Hit Yes to Proceed


Select Line schematics option to view your drawing.
