How to update the Room quantity in proposal?

To update the room quantity in your proposal, follow the steps below:

Open your proposal and navigate to the Rooms & Items section for the room whose quantity you want to update.

The Rooms & Items page will open. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu on the far right of the room name, then select Edit Details.

In the Edit Details pop-up window, adjust the room quantity using the (+) or (–) buttons. Once you've entered the desired quantity, click Update to save your changes.

After the update, the revised room quantity will be displayed at the top of the Rooms & Items page.

How Room Quantity Affects Pricing

Updating the room quantity does not duplicate the products within the room. The calculations for the room continue to be based on a single room configuration.
Instead, the total price of the room is multiplied by the updated room quantity, and the proposal total is calculated accordingly.
For example, if a room costs $1,000 and the room quantity is changed from 1 to 2, the proposal will calculate the total cost for that room as $2,000.
