How to Sync Design Scope of Work with Proposal Scope of Work?
Overview
The Sync with Scope of Work (SOW) feature allows users to update the Scope of Work (SOW) in a design proposal using the latest SOW from the associated design. This helps ensure that the proposal reflects the most recent changes made to the design's Scope of Work.
- Navigate to the View Design Docs page under your design. Open the design's Scope of Work (SOW)

- Make the necessary changes in your design Scope of Work

- Open the proposal associated with the same design.

- Navigate to the Scope of Work section of the proposal

- Click the Sync with SOW button.

- A confirmation pop-up will appear with the following message: "This page will be updated from the design's current Scope of Work, replacing what's here now."
- Click Yes, Sync it to confirm and proceed with the synchronization.

- Once the synchronization is complete, a notification will appear confirming: "Scope of Work updated from the design."

- You can now view the updated Scope of Work in your proposal.

Note
- The proposal must be linked to a design or project for the Sync with SOW feature to work.
- If the proposal is not linked to a design or project, the following notification will appear: "This page isn't linked to a design, so it can't be synced."
- Syncing replaces the existing SOW content in the proposal with the current SOW from the associated design.
