How to Push Opportunities from XTEN-AV to NetSuite

  • Under the Opportunities tab, click on Push Opportunities (XTEN-AV → NetSuite).
  • A pop-up window titled “Opportunities from XTEN-AV” will appear, showing the available opportunities in XTEN-AV.

○ Use the checkboxes to select the opportunities you want to upload.
○ You may also use Select All to push all opportunities.
○ Use the Search bar to quickly find a specific opportunity.


  • After selecting, click Submit.



  • Then click on Sync Opportunities.



  • The selected opportunities will now be pushed to NetSuite and will appear in the Opportunities module in NetSuite.
  • Along with the opportunity, all related documents (such as BOM, Cable Schedule, Schematics, Rack Layout, Signal Flow Diagram, Proposal PDFs, etc.) will also be uploaded to the corresponding NetSuite opportunity.
  • If any opportunity details or associated documents are updated later in XTEN-AV, repeat the same steps to sync changes to NetSuite.
