How to Push Accounts from from XTEN-AV to NetSuite

  • Under the Accounts tab, click Push Accounts (XTEN-AV → NetSuite).



  • A pop-up window titled Accounts from XTEN-AV will appear, displaying the list of accounts available in XTEN-AV.
  • From the list:

○ Select the accounts you want to upload using the checkboxes.
○ Use Select All if you want to push all accounts.
○ Use the Search bar to quickly find a specific account.


  • Once you’ve made your selection, click Submit.



  • After submission, click Sync Accounts to complete the process.
  • The selected accounts will now be pushed from XTEN-AV to NetSuite.



If any account details are updated in XTEN-AV later, you can follow the same steps again to push the updated information to NetSuite.
