To create an invoice in the QuickBooks first you need to connect XTEN-AV with QuickBooks. To connect with Quickbooks, please see the reference link:- https://knowledgebase.xtenav.com/en-us/article/how-to-connect-with-quickbooks-online-version-ypel3c/

Go to the proposal, under the 'Action' button you will find the 'create/update invoice' option. Click on it and create your invoice as per your requirement.



Select the invoice for which you want to generate an invoice and click on the submit button.



Select the Customer from the drop-down menu and choose the type of Invoice you want to create. Click on the Create button. Wait for a few moments, and the invoice will be created in Quickbooks.





On the Quickbooks account, click on the 'Invoices' option under the 'Business overview' option from the left navigation menu. Here you will get all your invoices created from the XTEN-AV Platform.





Also, you can edit invoices by clicking on the 'Edit' icon as per your requirements.
