How to Pull Opportunities from NetSuite to XTEN-AV

  • Under the Opportunities tab, click on Pull Opportunities (NetSuite → XTEN-AV).
  • A pop-up window titled “Opportunities from NetSuite” will appear, displaying the list of available opportunities.

○ Use the checkboxes to select the opportunities you want to import.
○ You may also use Select All to pull all opportunities.
○ Use the Search bar to quickly find a specific opportunity.


  • After making your selection, click Submit.



  • Then click on Sync Opportunities.



  • The chosen opportunities will now be pulled from NetSuite and become available inside XTEN-AV under the Projects.
