How to Pull Contacts from NetSuite to XTEN-AV

  • Go to the Contacts tab under NetSuite integration inside XTEN-AV.
  • Click on Pull Contacts (NetSuite → XTEN-AV).
  • A pop-up window titled Contacts from NetSuite will appear, displaying a list of available contacts.

○ Use the checkboxes to select the contacts you want to import.
○ You may also use Select All to pull all contacts.
○ Use the Search bar to quickly find a specific contact.


  • After making your selection, click Submit.



  • Then click on Sync Contacts.



  • The chosen contacts will now be pulled from NetSuite and become available inside XTEN-AV under the Contacts.
