How to increase product quantity on BOM page?

You can increase the product quantity in a Bill of Materials (BOM) using either the BOM page directly or the X-Draw Editor. Follow one of the methods below based on your workflow.

Method 1: Increase Quantity from the BOM Page

To increase the product quantity in the BOM page, open Projects, hover over the required design, and click Edit BOM. You will be redirected to the Search & Add Products page, where all BOM items for the design are listed.

Locate the product whose quantity you want to update. Click on the plus (+) sign to increase the quantity of the product.

When you increase the quantity, the updated value will be displayed in the box located between the minus (–) and plus (+) buttons.

After updating the quantity, click Open X-Draw Editor to open the drawing and view the changes.

Below is a screenshot of the product added in X-DRAW, showing how the item appears once it has been successfully added to the design.

Method 2: Increase Quantity from the X-Draw Editor

Product quantities can also be increased by modifying the design itself in the X-Draw Editor.

Open the design in the X-Draw Editor and add the same product again using the Product Block from the left navigation panel, or by copying and pasting an existing product.

After completing the changes, please remember to save the design by clicking on the Unsaved changes. Click here to save button.

Next, navigate to the Search & Add Products page, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, and select Refresh.

**NOTE: **This will sync the BOM with the updated design, and the revised product quantities will appear in the BOM.
