How to Create X-DOC Proposal in XAVIA?

XAVIA now allows you to create your "X-DOC proposal".

Below is a step-by-step guide to help you navigate this process.

There are two convenient methods to create an "X-DOC Proposal" on XTEN-AV:

Ways to Create an X-DOC Proposal:

(1) Prompt-Based Creation or File Upload: Simply type your project requirements in the XAVIA chat, and it will automatically initiate the X-DOC Proposal for you—saving time and streamlining your workflow.

(2) Design-Based Initiation via XAVIA Chat: While working within a design, you can initiate an "X-DOC Proposal" directly from the XAVIA chat box. This allows for seamless transition from design to proposal creation, ensuring all data flows effortlessly between modules.

Step 1: Prompt-Based Creation or File Upload:

• To begin, simply click on the "Ask XAVIA" or "Try Now" button from the Dashboard, and enter your prompt based on your requirements or upload your file.

Example of good Prompts: I'm designing a 12-seater meeting room (15ft x 12ft x 10ft). Please suggest a complete BoM using Crestron for control and LG for displays.

I need an AV setup for a 30-seater classroom. Prefer AtlasIED audio and Samsung display. The room is 30x25x10ft.

After entering the prompt, XAVIA will generate a BoM based on the provided input. Once the BoM is generated, click on the "Create X-DOC Proposal" button to proceed.

Select from the template or upload the file to create proposals.

After uploading/selecting the file, fill in all the necessary information asked and then click on create button to create proposal.

Step 2: Design-Based Initiation via XAVIA Chat:

You can create an X-DOC Proposal directly from the XAVIA chat box while working within a design. Simply enter your prompt, for example: "Create an X-DOC Proposal."

Afterwards, XAVIA will prompt you to confirm whether you would like it to learn from your past proposals. This helps enhance the accuracy and relevance of the new proposal by leveraging historical data and preferences.

After selecting the appropriate option from the prompt based on your requirements, XAVIA will direct you to the X-DOC Proposal Dashboard, where you can choose to create your proposal in one of the following ways:

• By uploading a file
• From scratch
• Using a predefined template

After uploading/selecting the file, fill in all the necessary information asked and then click on create button to create proposal.
