How to Create an X-DRAW Design in XAVIA using a File?

Below is a step-by-step guide to help you navigate this process:

Upload the File Using the Attachment Icon:

To begin, click on the "Ask XAVIA" or "Try Now" button from the Dashboard

Once you click on it, will lead you to the XAVIA page where you can upload your file by clicking the attachment icon.

Select a file and upload it to create your design.

Once you’ve selected and uploaded the file, XAVIA will present three options. Please select "Upload BOM", so XAVIA can proceed to process and fetch all the products from the BOM.

If you would like to review your BOM and make some changes, select "YES" for Would you like me to review and suggest additional products that could make it more complete? I'll also check for any missing essentials to ensure everything is covered.

NOTE: Once the BoM has been generated by XAVIA, any required changes can be requested by asking XAVIA to update like if you want to add any additional products, cables, etc. We recommend making these updates before proceeding with your design to ensure a seamless design process.

Step 4: Design Creation:

After confirming the products, XAVIA will proceed with the design process. Please click on the "Generate X-DRAW Design" tab to continue.

After clicking the Generate X‑DRAW Design tab, a dialog box will appear asking you to enter your design details—such as Name of Design, Choose a Project, Number of Designs, and Room Dimensions. Once these fields are completed, click the Create Design tab to continue.

Once **XAVIA **has created your design, click the arrow tab to open it.

This will direct you to the 'Search & Add Products' page, where XAVIA **will present options to **add accessories and cables to your design. Please select the desired option to proceed.
