How do I customize sections in a proposal?

Overview

In XTEN-AV, you can customize proposal sections in the X-DOC editor by adding elements such as Text Box, Image, PDF, Shapes, Drawing, as well as variables and repeaters.

Adding elements

• Open the required proposal or document in the X-DOC editor.
• Navigate to the section where you want to add or customize content.
• Click on the Add Element option on the right side of the page to add an element.

• A list of element types will appear, such as Text Box, Image, PDF, Shapes, Pricing, and Drawings.
• Select the required element type based on your requirement.

• After selecting the required element, click anywhere on the page to insert the selected element.

Adding Variables

1. Select the element where you want to add the Variables on any page. The Variables menu will appear on the right side of the editor.

2. From the Variables menu, choose the variable you want to insert and click the Plus (+) icon next to the variable name.

3. Once added, the selected variable will appear in the chosen text box.

Using the Repeater Feature

1. Open your x.doc document and select the element you want to repeat across pages.

2. Enable the Repeater option to apply the selected element to all pages.

3. After enabling the option, the image will appear on all pages.
