How can users update billing information in XTEN-AV?

Objective

Users can update their billing information directly from the Billing & Card Information section in XTEN-AV. Keeping billing details updated ensures uninterrupted subscription renewals and accurate payment processing.


Step-by-Step: How to Edit Billing Information


  • Click on your Profile Name in the top-right corner and select “My Account.”


  • Under the “Billing & Card Information” tab, click on Edit Billing Information


  • Here, you can update your billing and card information, such as Username, Company Name, Address, and more.


Note: Only Super Admins can update billing information. Changes will apply to future invoices. Updating billing details does not modify previously generated invoices.
