How can users deactivate their XTEN-AV account entirely?

Overview

Users can deactivate their XTEN-AV account entirely by accessing their account settings and initiating the account deactivation process. Only users with the Super Admin role can perform this action, ensuring that account deactivation is securely controlled and not accessible to standard users.

If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you can deactivate it from your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing based on your subscription plan.

Steps to Cancel Subscription

Review your current plan details. Click on **Cancel Subscription **and confirm the cancellation when prompted.
