Overview

Organizations can cancel their XTEN-AV subscriptions directly from their account settings. The cancellation process ensures that future billing is stopped while the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Steps to Cancel Subscription

Review your current plan details. Click on **Cancel Subscription **and confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Notes: Only Super Admin can cancel a subscription.
