How can I upload a Bill of Materials for my new equipment diagram in X-DRAW?

You can upload a Bill of Materials (BOM) in X-DRAW by importing the equipment already added to your project. This allows you to quickly use those products while creating your equipment diagram.

• To upload a BOM, navigate to the Search & Add Products page, where you can manage BOM items for your design, and click Upload BOM.

The XAVIA chat will open and prompt you to upload your file.

NOTE: BOM files can be uploaded only in Excel, CSV, or PDF format.

Once the file is uploaded, the BOM items will appear in the XAVIA chat for review.

Carefully verify the items and click Yes to confirm and complete the upload. The process may take a few moments, so please be patient.

After the upload is complete, the BOM list will be updated automatically, and you will receive a message in the XAVIA chat stating that Your BoM has been modified accordingly. Let me know if you’d like to make further changes. If needed, you can continue making further changes.
