How can I resolve issues with products not appearing in my rack elevation?

Overview

In X-DRAW, sometimes products may not appear in the Rack Elevation view due to mismatched libraries, missing assignments, or display settings. This guide helps you troubleshoot and resolve such issues so that all your products appear correctly.

Navigate to the BOM page and select the product that is not visible in the Rack Layout. Then, click on the Edit button located below the product name.

The Update Product Details window will appear. Then click on the Additional Info section and enter the rack unit value in the No. of Rack Units field.

Scroll down, select the Re-draw Device option, and then click on Add Product to save the changes.

Then open the View Docs page and hover over the Automated Rack Layout tile. Click on the three-dot (⋮) menu, and select the Re-Generate option to update the changes in the rack layout.

Once the process is complete, the updated Automated Rack Layout will open in the X-DRAW Editor.
