How can I resolve errors related to missing port information when adding the product?

When adding a product in XTEN-AV, you may sometimes encounter errors related to missing port information. This usually happens when the selected product does not have input/output port details.


You can add port information to your product by folllowing the steps mentioned below:

To edit port information from 'Search & Add Products' page, you first need to copy that product to My Library.

Click on the 'Copy to my lib' button displaying next to the name of the item.

Once you click on it, you will get a notification that your product has been copied to 'My Library' section. You can now update your product port information.

Click on the edit button displaying next to the name of the item.

Here you can enter the Dealer price and Selling price for your product

To add the port information to your product, click on add port to add the port details.

Edit your product port information and Click on the 'Re-draw Device?' Option to view the updated port information in your X-DRAW Editor.

Click on the Add product button to save your changes.
