How can I create a copy or make a second revision of my design?

Overview

If you want to create a second revision or keep a backup of your design, you can duplicate the existing design/project in XTEN-AV. This allows you to make changes to the new version without affecting the original design.

Steps to Create a Copy / Second Revision

• Navigate to the View Design Doc page for which you want to create a version. Then, click on the View Version option located in the right side of the page.

• Once you click on it, you will be redirected to the Versions page. From there, you can create a new version of your design by clicking on the Create Copy of Original Design button.

• A pop-up will appear to enter the version name. Once you’ve entered the name, click on the Create Version button to create the new version.

• You can view all your design versions on the Versions page.

• To edit and update your design version, select the version you want to edit, click the Settings (⚙️) icon on the right side of the version name, and then click the Edit button under the Actions section.
