How can admins add users who already have existing XTEN-AV accounts?

Overview


If a user is already registered on the XTEN-AV platform, Super Admins and Admins cannot directly add or invite that user to their organization through the platform. In such cases, a request must be submitted to the XTEN-AV Support Team, who will assist with mapping the existing user account to the appropriate organization and group.


How to Request User Mapping


To add an existing XTEN-AV user to your organization, please contact the Support Team at support@xtenav.com and provide the following information:


  1. User Email Address: The email address of the existing XTEN-AV user that needs to be mapped.
  2. Super Admin Email Address: The email address of the Super Admin account under which the user should be added.
  3. Group Name: If the organization contains multiple Groups, specify the Group to which the user should be assigned.
  4. User Role: Specify the role that should be assigned to the user (for example, Admin, Sales, Technical, etc.).


What Happens Next?


Once the required information is received, the XTEN-AV Support Team will review the request and map the existing user account to the specified organization and Group with the requested role.
