Can XAVIA Analyze My Bid Documents?

XAVIA now allows you to easily upload your bid document, and it will automatically create a project by extracting all the information from that document. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you navigate through this process.


Step 1: Upload Your Bid Document

  • To begin, simply upload your bid document into XAVIA. Click on the Ask XAVIA button from the Dashboard


  • Click on Upload Bid Document button and select the file you want to upload.
  • A dialogue box will open, select the file you want to upload.





Step 2: Choose an Existing Project or Create a New One

  • A dialogue box will open, fill all the necessary information and click on Submit button to proceed. You can also create a new project or can choose from the existing projects.



  • XAVIA will automatically name the project based on the uploaded file, but you can rename it as needed.


Step 3: Design Creation

  • XAVIA will extract all design details mentioned in the document. If your bid document contains two designs, both designs will be added to the project automatically.




Step 4: Create Line Schematics

  • To create your line schematics, you will need to use one of the following tools:
  • Draw with AI or Open X-DRAW Editor.



Step 5: Review Summary and Update BoM

  • Once extraction is complete, XAVIA will show you a summary outlining why XAVIA extracted this BoM from your document.
  • If needed, you can edit or update the BoM by going to the respective design.
