Can I create purchase orders and invoices from my project?
Overview
Yes, you can create both purchase orders and invoices directly within X-Pro. This helps you manage procurement, track orders, and generate client-ready billing documents efficiently.
Steps to Create a Purchase Order
- From the Dashboard, click the X-Pro button, select Purchase Order.

- Once you click the Purchase Order button, you will be redirected to the Purchase Orders page. Click Create to proceed.

- After clicking the Create button, a dialog box will appear. Enter the required information and click Create to get started.

- After clicking the Create button, a dialog box will open. Fill in the required details and click Add Products to include items in the purchase order.

- Upon clicking, a dialogue box will open. From the drop-down menu, select the project for which you want to create the purchase order, Select the products and then click the Add Products button to include products in the order.

Steps to Generate an Invoice
- From the Dashboard, click the X-Pro button, select Invoices.

- Once you select Invoices, a new window will open. Choose Create Invoice.

- Upon clicking, a dialog box will open. Fill in all the required details—such as pricing and communication information—and then click the Generate Invoice button.
