What is X-Pro?

X‑Pro is the project management module of the XTEN‑AV platform, specifically designed for AV (audio‑visual) professionals. It expands XTEN‑AV's capabilities beyond design and proposals to fully encompass project execution and monitoring—all within a unified, cloud-based solution.

How to Use X‑PRO

Step 1: Access X‑PRO from the Dashboard :

From the XTEN‑AV Dashboard, click on the X‑PRO button.

A dropdown will appear with the following options:

• Dashboard
• Purchase Orders
• Invoices
• All Vendors

X‑PRO Dashboard

In the Dashboard, you can:

• Create a new X‑PRO project
• Track project status (New, In Progress, or Completed)
• Monitor overall project progress

This helps you stay organized and ensures all stages of your AV project are on schedule.

Purchase Orders Tab

From the Purchase Orders tab, you can:

• Create new purchase orders
• Send orders to vendors
• Track order status and updates
