What is X-DRAW?

Overview

X-DRAW is the intelligent system design and drawing module that enables users to create professional AV system diagrams within the platform. It allows you to visually design, connect, and document your systems while maintaining synchronization with your project data.

X-DRAW transforms your Bill of Materials (BOM) into clear, structured, and accurate technical drawings.

Steps to create a design

You can directly create a design by clicking on the “X-DRAW” tab in the left navigation menu, then clicking on “Create Design.”

• Enter the design details, select the Design Type, Design Template, and Project (or create a new one), then click “Create Design.”

• Add products to your design using the “Search & Add Products” tool. You can also create your own items using the “Add Custom Item” feature.

• After adding the products to the BOM for the first time, click on the “Edit Drawing” button. This will take you to the editor page, where you can make changes to your line schematics.

• All products with port information added will appear as blocks with ports in the editor. The connections between the products need to be made manually by the user.

• You can search for and add products to your drawing using the “Product Block” feature.
• After adding the products, click on the “Unsaved Changes” button to save your work.
