What is Generate Tasks with AI in X-pro ?

Generate Tasks with AI in X-Pro is a feature that uses artificial intelligence to automatically create tasks for you based on the context, project details, or event information you provide. Instead of manually typing each task, the AI analyzes the input (like project descriptions, goals, or checklist items) and suggests relevant tasks — saving time and helping you plan more effectively.


Steps to use Generate Tasks with AI in X-Pro:


  • From the X-PRO section in the left navigation menu, click Install to expand the menu, then select Dashboard.



  • Once you click on the Dashboard button, you will be redirected to the X-Pro Dashboard. From there, you can open the desired project.



  • Click on the Task button.



  • Click the Generate Tasks with AI button on the task page.



  • Once you click on Generate Tasks with AI, it may take a few moments to process and generate the tasks.
