What does “Remaining Licenses” indicate in subscription details?

Overview
The Remaining Licenses in XTEN-AV subscription details shows the number of unused user licenses still available under the current subscription plan.

Where to Find Remaining Licenses

On the XTEN-AV dashboard, click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner and select My Account from the dropdown menu.

• Locate the My Plan section. Check the Remaining Licenses field.

What It Means

• This value represents how many additional users can still be added to the account without purchasing more licenses.
• It helps administrators track available seats within their subscription plan.

Example
If:

• Total licensed users = 15
• Active users added = 1

Then:

• Remaining Licenses = 14
