How to Create or Update a Purchase Order (PO) in Xero via XTEN-AV?

Overview

You can create new purchase orders or update existing ones in Xero through XTEN-AV. This helps you manage purchase order details associated with your proposals and maintain an organized purchasing workflow.

Navigate to the X-DOC section and select X-DOC Dashboard from the left navigation menu.

Locate the proposal for which you want to create or update the purchase order, then select the three-dot (Action) button.

Under XERO OPTIONS, select Create/Update Purchase Order.

Fill in all the mandatory fields and click the Save button to create or update the purchase order in Xero.

The proposal will appear in Xero under the Purchase Orders section.
