How to Create or Update a Quote in Xero via XTEN-AV?
Overview
You can create new quotes or update existing ones in Xero through XTEN-AV. This helps you manage quote details associated with your proposals and maintain an organized quoting workflow.
- Navigate to the X-DOC section and select X-DOC Dashboard from the left navigation menu.
- Locate the proposal for which you want to create or update the quote, then select the three-dot (Action) button.
- Under XERO OPTIONS, select Create/Update Quote.
- Fill in all the mandatory fields and click the Save button to create or update the quote in Xero.
- The proposal will appear in Xero under the Quotes section.
