How to view Room-wise Equipment Breakdown in proposal?

Overview:

The Room-wise Equipment Breakdown feature in XTEN-AV allows users to view the equipment/items assigned to each room separately within a proposal.

You can view the Room-wise Equipment Breakdown in your proposal by following the steps below.

• Open your proposal and navigate to the Rooms & Items section.

• Click on the Rooms & Items Settings from the right-hand panel.

• In the Rooms & Items Settings panel, set Equipment Breakdown to Yes, then click Save and Close to apply the changes.

• Once the changes are saved, you can view the Equipment Breakdown for that room at the bottom of the X-DOC editor page.

Note:

• The Equipment Breakdown is displayed only when Equipment Breakdown is Yes in the Rooms & Items Settings.
