How to view Pricing details after sending a proposal to a client?

Overview

After sharing a proposal with your client, you can still review the pricing details for both equipment and labor directly from the proposal. This allows you to verify product pricing, discounts, markup, and labor settings without modifying the proposal.

Steps to View Equipment Details

• Open the proposal that is in the Sent, Viewed, or Accepted stage.

• Navigate to the Rooms & Items section.

• Click the View Details (👁️) icon next to the equipment whose pricing details you want to review.

The Product Details panel will open, displaying the selected equipment's pricing information, including:

• MSRP
• Quantity
• Cost Price
• Selling Price
• Markup
• Equipment Discount

View Labor Pricing Details

• From the right-side panel, under More Actions, click Labors.

The Labor Settings panel will open, where you can review the labor configuration and pricing details associated with the proposal.
