How to upload Pricing in XAVIA?

XAVIA allows you to upload pricing information in bulk, helping you quickly update product costs, selling prices, and margins without editing each product manually.

Step-by-Step: How to Upload Pricing in XAVIA

From the Dashboard, click on the “Ask XAVIA”. Then, select the “Upload Pricing” option to proceed.

Click on the Attach icon, select your file from your system, and upload it to begin the pricing upload process.

Select the Group for which you would like to upload the pricing.

Notes: Ensure product identifiers (SKU/Model Number) match exactly. Incorrect formatting may cause upload errors. Pricing updates may take a few moments to reflect across projects.
