How to sync Salesforce All Accounts to XTEN-AV?

To sync your Salesforce all accounts with XTEN-AV, first you need to connect XTEN-AV account with Salesforce account. There is a two ways to sync your Salesforce accounts with XTEN-AV.


  1. Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.



  • Once you click on it, you will find the Salesforce option under the Integrations tab.



  • Select the Accounts option.
  • Click on the Pull Accounts button to view the accounts available in Salesforce.



  • Select the accounts you want to pull (download) from Salesforce into your XTEN-AV account, and click on the Submit button.




  • Click on the Sync Accounts button to sync the selected accounts with XTEN-AV.



  1. Go to the All Account page by clicking on the Accounts option from the left navigation menu.



  • To sync your Salesforce accounts with XTEN-AV, click on the Pull from Salesforce button under the Sync tab.



  • Select the account which you want to sync from Salesforce. and click on the Sync button. Your Salesforce and XTEN-AV account will be synced in a while and you will get a notification.
