How to sync XTEN-AV project with Salesforce?

To sync your XTEN-AV project with Salesforce, first you need to connect XTEN-AV account with Salesforce account.

Once you have completed the design/ bill of materials, you can use three ways to send data back to the Salesforce:

The first way is to send all the project data to the Salesforce platform. For this, you have to go to 'Settings' option, in the top right profile area. Once you click on it, you will find the 'Salesforce' option under the 'Integrations' tab. Select the 'Opportunities/Project' option.



Click on the gear icon, select the documents that you want to send from XTEN-AV to Salesforce Opportunity while syncing and click on the save button.





Choose Opportunities that you would like to be pushed (uploaded) from XTEN-AV into your Salesforce account by clicking on the 'Push Opportunities' button and click on the submit button.





Click on the Sync Opportunities button. Once clicked on it all your projects data from XTEN-AV will be visible on the Salesforce account.



The second way is to send all the project data to the Salesforce platform. Go to the project page and inside the “Project Settings” menu click on "Push Changes to Salesforce" and to send back the project data from XTEN-AV to Salesforce.



The third way is to send all the project data to the Salesforce platform. Go to the All Project page by clicking on the 'All Projects' option from the left navigation menu.



To sync your XTEN-AV project with Salesforce, click on the 'Push to Salesforce' button under the 'Sync' tab.



Select the design and click on the 'Sync' button. Your Salesforce and XTEN-AV account will be synced in a while and you will get a notification.



To view the XTEN-AV project data in Salesforce, go to the Opportunities section under the Salesforce account. Also, you will be able to see the dealer prices of those products, along with quantity and description.
