How to disconnect TD SYNNEX pricing integration?

Overview


If you no longer want to use TD SYNNEX pricing integration, you can disconnect it from your system at any time. Disconnecting the integration will stop automatic price updates and disable ongoing API-based pricing sync between your platform and TD SYNNEX.


  • Navigate to the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select Settings from the menu.



  • You will be redirected to the Settings page. Navigate to the Pricing Integration section and click on it.



  • Locate TD SYNNEX Pricing Integration and click on the Connected button next to it.



  • After clicking, the Disconnect option will appear. Click on the Disconnect button to proceed.



  • A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Disconnect again to confirm the action.



  • Once confirmed, the TD SYNNEX Pricing Integration will be disconnected successfully.
