How to use TD SYNNEX pricing in Proposal?

Overview

The TD SYNNEX Pricing Integration enables users to access real-time product pricing, availability, and account-specific pricing within the system, ensuring accurate and updated pricing for proposals and project quotations.

Note : To use TD SYNNEX pricing in proposal, you need to first connect TD SYNNEX account with XTEN-AV account.

Navigate to the proposal in which you want to use TD SYNNEX pricing. Click on the Rooms and Items section from the left navigation bar.

Click on the + Add Item button.

You can search for and add TD SYNNEX products using the XTEN-AV or My Library options. Click Add to add the required product to your proposal.

Once the product is added, its available TD SYNNEX pricing will be displayed in the proposal.

Update Product Pricing

If you want to update the pricing or other product details, click the Edit button next to the product name.

Update the pricing and other product details as required, then click Save and Close to save your changes.

The updated price will now be visible in the Rooms and Items section next to the product name.
