How to Create X-PRO Project in XAVIA?

XAVIA—the AI assistant from XTEN‑AV—now empowers you to initiate and Create X‑PRO Projects directly from its interface.

You can create an "X‑PRO Project" through one of three efficient methods:

(1) Prompt-Based Creation: **Simply type your project requirements, and **XAVIA will automatically initiate the project for you—saving time and streamlining the process.

(2) To create the X-PRO Project from an existing proposal or project: ** Select the **"Create X‑PRO Project" option from the pre-loaded slides to begin creating the X-PRO Project based on the existing proposal or project.

(3) Design-Based Initiation via XAVIA Chat: **You can create the X-PRO Project directly from the XAVIA** chat box while working within the design.

Step 1: Prompt Based Creation

Creating an X-PRO Project with XAVIA is now easier than ever. Simply enter your prompt in the search bar with your project requirements, or just ask XAVIA directly to create an X-PRO Project for you.

Example of good Prompts: I need an AV setup for a 30-seater classroom. Prefer AtlasIED audio and Samsung display. The room is 30x25x10ft.

After entering the prompt, XAVIA will generate a BoM based on the provided input. Once the BoM is generated, click on the "Create X-PRO Project" button to proceed.

Once all the necessary information is entered, XAVIA will create **the X-PRO Project**.

Click on the file created by XAVIA for the X-PRO Project, and it will appear as shown below.

Step 2: To create the X-PRO Project from an existing proposal or project:

To begin: Simply click the "Ask XAVIA" or "Try Now" button from the Dashboard to proceed. Select the "Create X‑PRO Project" option from the pre-loaded slides to start creating the **X-PRO Project **based on the old proposal or existing project.

After proceeding XAVIA will ask to the choose the method and fill in all the information to create the X-PRO Project.

Step 3: Design-Based Initiation via XAVIA Chat

You can create the X-PRO Project directly from the XAVIA chat box while working within the design.

Once all the necessary information is entered, XAVIA **will create the **X-PRO Project.
