How to create a project in X-PRO from X-DOC Proposal?

This article explains how to create an X-PRO project from an existing X-DOC proposal. It guides users through navigating to the X-DOC Dashboard, selecting the desired proposal, and clicking the three-dot icon. Users can then select Start Project Management, enter the required information in the dialog box, and click Create to create the X-PRO project.


  • Navigate to the X-DOC Dashboard and select the proposal for which you want to start the X-PRO project. Click on the three-dot icon.
  • Note: The proposal must be in the accepted stage.




  • A dropdown list of options will appear. Click on Start Project Management to proceed.



  • A dialog box will appear. Please enter the necessary information, then click the Create button to proceed.
