How to apply Equipment Discount on individual line items in X-DOC?

Overview


In X-DOC, you can apply an equipment discount to individual line items instead of applying a discount to the entire document. This is useful when different products require different discount values.


  • Go to the Rooms & Items section and select Rooms & Items Settings.



  • Under the Rooms & Items settings, select Yes for Individual Discount on Items.
  • Click Save & Close to apply and save your changes.



  • After applying the settings, click the Edit button for an item to apply an individual equipment discount.



  • The Edit Product Details dialog box will open. Enter the Equipment Discount, then click Save & Close to save your changes.



  • After applying the discount, it will appear under the Discount column for that item.



Notes: Make sure you have the required permissions to apply discounts. Changes are reflected immediately in the price summary.
