How to apply a Single Tax/Overall Tax on all items?

Overview


The Overall Tax in X-DOC is a tax setting that applies to all the items in your Bill of Materials (BOM). It offers a convenient way to uniformly apply tax across all components of a project, ensuring accurate cost calculations.


  • Open your proposal and navigate to the Pricing Breakdown section. Click Pricing Breakdown Settings.



Setting Overall Tax


  • In the Pricing Breakdown Settings dialog box, enable Overall Tax under Tax Preferences.
  • Click Save and Close to apply and save your changes.




Viewing the Applied Tax


  • Once saved, the Overall Tax will be applied to all items in your proposal.
  • You can view the applied tax in the Pricing Breakdown table.
