How do I share a proposal from the X-DOC mobile app?
Overview
You can share a proposal directly from the X-DOC mobile app, allowing clients or team members to access the proposal quickly.
Steps to Share a Proposal
- Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-DOC section.
- The X-DOC Dashboard will open, displaying your proposals and other available document.
- Tap the More Options (⋮) icon next to the proposal.
- Select Share Proposal.
On the Share Proposal screen, you will see:
- The Proposal Name.
- The Already Shared With section, which lists users who already have access to the proposal.
- The Share with New Members section, which displays other group members.
- To share the proposal with a specific user, tap Share next to their name.
