How do I send a proposal for approval in the mobile app?

Overview
You can send a proposal for approval directly from the mobile app. This allows the designated approver to review the proposal before it is shared with the client.

Steps to Send a Proposal for Approval

• Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-DOC section.

• The X-DOC Dashboard will open, displaying your proposals and other available document.

• Tap the More Options (⋮) icon next to the proposal.

• Select Send Approval.

• Choose the approver. Tap Send to submit the proposal for approval.
