How do I add pricing, taxes, and discounts to my proposal?

Overview

You can add pricing, taxes, and discounts to your proposal in XTEN-AV to ensure accurate calculations, provide a clear cost breakdown, and manage the overall project cost and pricing structure in one place.

• Open the proposal where you want to configure pricing, taxes, and discounts, then navigate to the Pricing Breakdown section and click on Pricing Breakdown Settings

• Locate the Tax Preferences section, Check the required tax options (Equipment, Labor, and Shipping) as per your requirement and enter the applicable values.
• Similarly, Locate the Discount Preferences section, Check the required discount options (Equipment, Labor, and Shipping) as per your requirement and enter the applicable values.
• After entering the necessary details, Click Save & Close to apply all pricing configurations.

• Once you save your changes, the pricing, taxes, and discounts will be reflected in the Pricing Breakdown table.
