How do I access more options for a proposal on mobile app?

Overview

The More Options menu provides quick access to additional actions you can perform on a proposal, such as moving it to another stage, sharing it, sending it for approval, viewing activity logs, assigning tags, downloading it as a ZIP file, or deleting it.

Steps to Access the More Options Menu

• Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-DOC section.

• The X-DOC Dashboard will open, displaying your proposals and other available document.

• Tap the More Options (⋮) icon next to the proposal.

• The More Options menu will open, displaying the available actions for the selected proposal.
