How can I reset my password and ensure my account is secure?

Overview


Resetting your password helps you regain access to your account and maintain security.


  • Go to the XTEN-AV login page. Click on the Forgot Password option.




  • Enter your registered email address. Then, click on the Send Email option.



  • Follow the instructions received in your email to reset your password.



  • Set a new password, click on the Submit option, and then log in to your account.





Note : To keep your account secure, use a strong password.
