How can I add a user to my account if they already have an existing account?

If the user you want to add already has an existing XTEN-AV account, they cannot be added directly through the standard invitation process. In such cases, our support team will assist in adding the user to your organization.
To add an existing user to your organization, you will need to contact customer support.
Steps to follow:
- Reach out to the XTEN-AV support team.
- Provide the following details:
- User’s registered email address
- Your organization name
- Our team will verify the details and add the user to your organization.
