How can field user see Scheduled Events?

Overview

This article explains how a Field User can view scheduled events assigned to them in the system. Scheduled events help field users stay updated on upcoming tasks, site visits, installations, service calls, and other project-related activities.


Steps to View Scheduled Events (For Field Users)


  • From the main dashboard, click on your profile logo and select the Switch to Field View User option.


  • From the Field user Dashboard, Click on Schedule tab at the bottom to see all the Scheduled Events.



Note: Field Users can only view events that are assigned to them or linked to projects they are part of. If an event is not visible, ensure that you have been added as a participant to that scheduled event. Field Users may have view-only access depending on company settings and may not be able to edit or delete events.
